To find anything in triConvey, utilise the Quick Search and Advanced Search features.

triConvey Desktop App
1. Enter information in the Search bar at the top right corner of the triConvey Home Dashboard.
2. Select Advanced Search to show all results.
3. Advanced Search will categorise all search results into Leads, Matters, Contacts, Events, Tasks, Memos and Documents. Click on the tabs to view the results.
4. Select Save Conflict Check to save search results to the Documents section of a specific matter if needed.
Searching in individual matters
1. Scroll down to the All Files tab.
2. Enter search terms in the Search bar.
3. Filter by Search by name or Search by contents.
Search for misplaced documents
You can search for documents, even if you don't know what it is called. You can also search for Matters, Contacts, Events, Tasks and Memos.
1. Enter the name of the document, or part of the document's content, in the Search bar of the triConvey Home Dashboard.
2. Select Advanced Search.
3. Select the Documents tab or such other tab depending on your search requirement.
4. Select search paramaters to further define the search.
Tip: The system will display documents named or containing the search information in chronological order with the most recent first. It will also display the matter in which it is saved as well as the date modified and the author.
5. To view the document double click anywhere in the section displaying the search result.
triConvey Companion Site web app
1. Enter your search terms in the search bar on the top-right corner.
Tip: triConvey will display search results across all matters, leads and contacts directly under the search.
2. Select See all results at the bottom of the preview to conduct a full search in triConvey, including finding invoices, tasks, memos and documents containing this search term.
