Getting Started

Transactions used for transferring funds from one matter to another cannot be reversed. These transactions can be identified with the description "Transferred to matter".

Reverse a transaction

1.    Open the Matter from the triConvey Companion Site Web App.

2.    Select the Transactions tab.

3.    Click on the trust account that contains the transaction and then click on the transaction.

Tip:  The transaction details window will be displayed.

4.    Select Reverse and add a Reason for the reversal.

5.    Select Process.

The reversal will now show on the transaction list.
