Send an email from triConvey
1. Open a Matter and select Email from the Matter Action Bar.
2. Select Add next to the parties and/or staff that you’re addressing the email to.
Tip: By default, email addresses you select will be added to the To field.
3. You can also add email addresses to the CC and BCC fields by selecting either of these fields at the bottom of the window before clicking the Add button beside any of the parties and/or staff you would like to add to the email.
4. Select Next.
Tip: The Outlook app will open on your desktop and another window will open with a blank email that has the To, CC and BCC fields already pre-filled. If you are working on multiple screens, and cannot see the email, click on your Outlook app.
5. Compose your email and attach documents if needed.
6. Use the triConvey matter bar at the bottom of the email to action triConvey-specific tasks:
- View Matter - view the details of the matter directly from Outlook.
- Attach - easily find and attach a document to your email from triConvey.
- Send To - search parties and staff to select from to add more email addresses.
7. Select Send once the email is ready to be sent.
Tip: The email will automatically save to the Matter.
