Add a matter type as a favourite

triConvey allows you to set your most commonly used matter types as favourites for quick access.

Set matter type as a favourite 

1.    From the triConvey Desktop App, select New Matter from the Action Bar.

2.    Select the New Matter tab or Matter Templates tab, wherever the matter type is located.

3.    Open the folder to locate the matter type and then click on the star icon.

All matter types and templates that have been starred will then appear under Favourites.

Remove a favourite matter type 

Either:

• click on the star again to remove the highlight; or 
• right-click on the matter type and select Remove from favourites.
