Identify which Precedent Profiles your firm is subscribed to

Despite being able to see other Matter Types, triConvey users can only subscribe to Business, Conveyancing, Courts & Authority, Leasing and Mortgage Precedent Profiles.

Ticking the Precedent Profiles yourself will not enable them.  You must reach out to our Support Team to have them enabled.

1.    Navigate to the Status column to identify which Precedent Profiles have been subscribed to.

Tip:  Precedent Profiles that are ticked are enabled.

2.    To display precedent profiles for other states, select the state drop-down menu.

Next Steps

Once you've subscribed to a precedent profile, learn how to organise the contents of the profile to suit your workflow.
