Recording refunded trust money to a client is done in triConvey by recording a trust payment.





1.    Open a Matter in the triConvey Companion Site Web App and select the Transactions tab.

2.    Select the relevant trust account (if you have multiple trust accounts).


3.    Select Trust Payment.
4.    Enter the refund details. 


5.    When entering the Reason, ensure that you enter "Trust refund”, or similar, to easily identify that this transaction is a refund to the client.


6.    Select Process.
