Getting Started

triConvey does not provide the following types of documents in the triConvey Precedent Library:


1.    Documents that are protected by copyright.

2.    Documents that are legally drafted.

3.    Documents that are not publicly available on the source’s website.


If you have a copy of any of the above types of documents, you can import and automate the document into your Firm’s Precedent Library for your personal use.




triConvey does not provide the following documents in the triConvey Precedent Library as they are protected by copyright: 

  • Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC) SA Division’s Contract for Sale.
     
  • Law Institute of Victoria’s (LIV) Contract for the Sale of and Purchase of Land, Commercial Lease and Transfer of Lease.
     
  • The NSW Law Society’s Contract for the Sale of and Purchase of Land, Contract for the Sale of Business and Commercial Lease.
     
  • Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s (REIQ) Contract for Sale (Contract for Houses and Residential land), Contract for Residential Lots in CTS and Commercial Tenancy Agreement.




Documents that are legally drafted

triConvey does not provide the following documents in the triConvey Precedent Library as they are legally drafted: 

  • Deed of Assignment of Lease. 
  • Discretionary Trust Deed with clauses. 
  • Licence Agreement/Licence to occupy before settlement. 
  • Requisition on Title. 
  • Replies to Requisitions. 
  • Special Contract Conditions. 


Legally drafted documents are not supplied by triConvey however, they are available from our Precedent Author such as Lexon Insurance for insured QLD Conveyancers.
