New Complimentary Feature: 30-Day Title Activity Alert
Stay automatically informed of title changes associated to a matter!
Once a title alert order is placed, you will automatically receive an email notification if a new version of the title(s) associated to your matter is published, and indicators will appear in your One Flow matter.
This proactive notification prompts you to:
Order a new title search to identify and understand any changes.
Take timely action to address issues that could impact settlement.
Maintain confidence that matter details remain accurate and current.

Section 32 workflow
We have enabled reorder detection for Register Search Statement and Plan - if you have already ordered a title or plan prior to coming to the Section 32 workflow, this will be indicated in the list and you will be able to proceed to the form without ordering any additional certificates.
Option to restart a Section 32 list
Based on feedback, you will now have the ability to navigate back and restart your certificates list if you have made an error with the property details.
