Our NSW Contract Review tool has just been enhanced with a new release. This update builds on the core functionality you’re already familiar with— contract analysis, automatic bookmarks and intuitive navigation while introducing several new features designed to improve both depth of insight and user experience.
New Features released
Dealing intelligence – While we were already identifying key dealings on title, we are now extracting and summarising the context of caveats, covenants and easements to provide clear insights into the impact to the land and all parties involved.
Deeper analysis of Special conditions – We have expanded the AI-driven analysis to flag additional clauses for any material risk, extra cost or important obligation not already covered by other checks, including restrictions on use/enjoyment, settlement delays with penalties, additional fees and charges, deposit handling changes, or non-compliant works.
Dual-edition support – Contract Review can be conducted on both the 2022 and 2026 editions of the NSW Contract for Sale of Land, supporting our clients as the industry transitions to the new version.
New report format – Reports now support custom branding, including your firm's logo on the cover page (where you have it uploaded in your settings), presented in a refreshed and more polished layout.
These enhancements are aimed at delivering more comprehensive reviews and greater efficiency.
