There is now a 'Quick order' button that will appear on the certificates ordering screen. Clicking this button will bring up a modal that explains the details of this function - by navigating through Quick order, all prescribed documents will be ordered, front pages generated and you will be shortcut to the final page of the workflow to view document.
This feature creates a simple shortcut for clients who just want to order the documents and go straight to the results, relying on the data integration from triConvey to generate the front pages in the process.
Important information to note
You can still go back and forth between the steps in the workflow when you use this option. It will shortcut to the final step in the workflow, but you can go back to Edit the front pages, change special conditions or order more certificates at any stage.
There is no change to any fees when using this feature and the cost of the full prescribed documents list will always be displayed in the modal before you place the order.
