Where a catalogue has been created for an incorrect property, you can now look up a new property and create a new list within the same workspace — without needing to create a new matter in triConvey.
Both lists remain accessible, and any previously ordered products are still available from the Orders and Documents milestone. Ordered product will display for both lists within the catalogue, and property details will appear in the catalogue heading for easy identification.
You can find the new Property Lookup in NSW One flow purchase matters. Look for the property address banner at the top of the catalogue after creating from the Order Certificates milestone.

This new feature allows clients to leave notes for themselves and other staff within their firm, tied to a specific milestone in a specific matter - right where the context lives. Please note: Matter Notes are internal to a firm. They are not visible outside the firm's account. Once a comment is left, it will show as a yellow icon next to the milestone.

New Property Lookup for NSW Property catalogue
