The Notification Centre in the triConvey Desktop App keeps you informed of actions happening in your firm throughout the day. Notifications alert you to specific items with direct links to assigned matters, tasks, workflows, events or phone messages.

Getting Started

The Notification Centre can be accessed from Version 8.12 onwards.




Accessing Notifications

1.    Select the bell icon from the top right corner of the triConvey Home Dashboard.


2.    Select Notifications

Tip:  Unread notifications are denoted by a red circle icon.




Notification features

1.    Every Notification will include:

  • a message indicating its type;
  • a hyperlink description of the item you are being notified about; and
  • a hyperlink to the matter.


2.    Click on the Notification to open it or the hyperlinks to navigate to the related task/matter/etc.


3.    Notifications will send a prompt when the following areas of triConvey are updated:


  • Tasks(individual and workflows) - Workflow tasks are grouped into the same notification.


  • Events


  • Phone Messages


  • Roles

  • Intake Forms


4.    Clicking on the Notification will take you directly to the area of triConvey where the Notification originated. You can also click on the matter name to open the matter window.


  • Unread notifications will show as a raised box


  • Read notifications will show as a flat box




Reminders

1.    Reminders share the bell icon with Notifications.


2.    Selecting a Reminder will open its pop-up window.


3.    Clicking on Reminders opens the existing Reminders window.
