Learn how to change the Matter Type of an existing matter in triConvey.
1. Double-click on Matter Type under Matter Details.
2. Select change and then select the new matter type.
3. Select OK.
4. Enter a Reason For Change and then select OK.
5. If there are some matter fields that do not apply to the changed matter type, a confirmation message will appear. Tick I have read the above message and then select Yes to continue.
Tip: These matter fields will be deleted from the matter. Contact information on the matter will be saved, even if the matter type is changed.
