If you are looking to integrate your triConvey account with triSearch or triConvey Companion Site web app for Billing, we strongly recommend changing your default internet browser to Google Chrome.
triConvey Billing is only compatible with Google Chrome. We also found that triSearch integration works better when using Google Chrome.
First Download Google Chrome. Once it is installed, here are some simple steps to change your default browser to Google Chrome:
1. Click the Start menu located at the bottom left corner of your computer.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select Apps and then Default Apps.
Tip: For Original version, click System and then Default apps.
4. At the bottom, under Web Browser, click your current browser.
5. In the Choose an app window, select Google Chrome.
Add a shortcut to your taskbar
1. Open Chrome.
2. In the Windows taskbar at the bottom, right-click on Chrome.
3. Click Pin to taskbar.
