Streamline your firm's billing process with the convenient email template provided by triConvey. 


This user-friendly template automatically incorporates your firm’s logo at the top of the email, features a prominent payment link and is designed to ensure seamless display across widely-used email platforms such as Gmail and Outlook.

Edit email templates 

You can change the subject line and body text of the invoice, invoice reminder and evergreen retainer emails sent from triConvey.
 


1.    Select the gear icon from the bottom-left corner of the triConvey Companion Site Web App.


2.    Select Firm Settings.


3.    Select Email Templates from the left menu.


4.    Select the Invoices, Invoice Reminders, Evergreen Retainers or Deposit Requests tab to edit a template.

5.    Edit the Email Subject and Email Body of each template using the provided text boxes.

Tip:  You can also insert additional placeholders using the dropdown menus.



6.    Select Save to finalise your changes. 



Did you know

  • Use the Send a Copy of the Email to the User toggle to generate a copy of the message for your email.

  • Under Invoices, you can also attach a copy of the invoice along with your message using the Attach the Invoice to the Email as a PDF Document toggle. 

  • Use the Notes textbox to add additional instructions for your Invoice Reminders. 

  • Selecting the Show an Account Summary on the Invoice toggle under Invoice Reminders will also give you the option to display the transaction history for each account.
