Link matters together to quickly search, access and switch between matters that are related.

Getting Started

Linking related matters is only available from V9.0 and for Load on Demand enabled users.  Contact your Account Manager or our Support Team for more information about Load on Demand.

Link related matters

1.    Open a Matter from the triConvey Desktop App.

2.    Select the related matter icon from the top-left corner.

3.    Type the name of the matter in the search bar and click on it to add it as a related matter.

Tip:  You can select Browse to search through more matters.

Once linked, the connection will be displayed on both matters.  

You will see a hyperlink description to the related matter that will allow you to switch between matters with one click.

Remove the link between related matters

1.    Open one of the linked matters and select the related matter icon.

2.    Hover your mouse cursor over the matter you wish to unlink.

3.    Click on the X on the right side of the matter description.
