Use the Time Adjustments - Summary Report to view:

• written off time entries; and
• time entries where the duration is different between Time Worked and Time Billed

Getting Started

1. This report will only show entries after 19th September 2024. 
   
   
2. Discounts and surcharges do not affect this report. 
   
   
3. Value columns are calculated based on the current rate on the time entry. 
   
   
4. Grouped time entries where any entry is billable will always show on the report and non-billables will be treated as adjustments.

Access the Time Adjustments - Summary Report

1.    Navigate to Reports in the triConvey Companion Site Web App. 

2.    Select the Time Adjustments - Summary report from the list of reports.

• The Write Down Duration column shows the difference between Time Worked and Time Billed, if Time Billed is less than Time Worked.
   
• The Write Up Duration column shows the difference between Time Worked and Time Billed, if Time Billed is more than Time Worked.
   
• The Write Off Duration column displays the duration of fees that have been written off, as a negative value.
