Set up default Matter Configurations

Save time manually entering matter details with default Matter Configurations.  Automatically apply a set configuration for the following features in a new Matter:

• Customised Re: Lines 
• Default folders

• Matter stages

Access Matter Configuration

1.    Select the gear icon from the top-right corner of the triConvey Desktop App.

2.    Select Matter Configuration from the left menu.

3.    Select Add New to add a new matter type to configure, or right-click any existing matter types on the Matter Configuration list to edit them.

Customise the Re: line

triConvey is set up with default re: lines. You can change what is automatically entered into the Re Line field of a matter here.

Create default document folders

Use this setting to create a folder structure that will apply to all matters in this matter type.

Assign matter stages
