The Community Titles Scheme (CTS) apportionment can be applied to the Water Usage Settlement Adjustment and all the Time Related Adjustments.

Getting Started
Ensure CTS details are entered in Property Details of your matter under the Title Particulars tab.
Water Usage Settlement Adjustment
On the Water Usage Settlement Adjustment, select the CTS Apportion by type (Contribution or Shared Percentage).
When Contribution is selected, it will automatically return the Contribution amount entered on the Property Details tab and apply it to the adjustment.
When Shared Percentage is selected, an additional field appears for you to enter the Percentage amount to apply to the adjustment.
Time Related Adjustments
On the Time Related Adjustment, select the CTS Apportion by type (Contribution or Interest).
When either is selected, it will automatically return the Contribution or Interest amount entered on the Property Details tab and apply it to the adjustment.
