Introducing the Status Page

The new Status Page is a dedicated platform for keeping our clients informed of any outages or system issues. Accessible through The Campus (Knowledge Base), this page allows us to quickly notify you of any disruptions and keep you updated on the status of these issues in real time within triConvey, triSearch, the Billing Web App and some Authorities. 

We understand how crucial it is for you to have up-to-date information. Previously, we relied on emails for outage notifications, but they weren’t always the quickest or most visible way to communicate urgent issues. With the Status Page, you can now get updates faster, reducing any uncertainty during system outages.

How the Status Page works 

• Accessing the page: You can find the Status Page within The Campus. Look for it in the top right corner of the Knowledge Base.
  
  
  
• Getting updates: The Status Page will be updated every time there’s an incident, detailing the issue and any steps we’re taking to resolve it. Once resolved, the page will be updated with the outcome.
  
  
• Email notifications: you can also subscribe to receive direct notifications in your inbox. This is particularly useful if you’d like to be alerted immediately whenever there’s a triConvey status change.
