We have now released an additional document type available for review: NSW Strata reports.
This new document review type is currently available from the existing Contract Review menu in triSearch or a NSW Purchase matter in triConvey. You can select if you wish to proceed with a Contract or Strata report review from the initial screen.
The Strata report review currently completes the following actions when generating a report:
Bookmarks the report into sections for ease of navigation
Provides satellite imagery of the property
Summarises key property details
Extracts important items from Meeting minutes
Identifies the values and any risks related to the scheme's administrative and capital works funds, as well as any recorded special levies
Highlights any issues with disclosed property defects, fire safety compliance and insurance
The interactive components of this product all function the same as the updated Contract Review - all fields are editable on screen, can be hidden to exclude, etc.
What you need to know
Available now — no action is required to switch the interactive version on.
Introductory promotional pricing You will have the opportunity to try out this new product complimentary as we continue to gather feedback and enhance the product. Pricing will revert to the standard $15 once the promotion ends (no later then 1 Jan).
