One flow is a new, intuitive process that connects every stage of your Property Matters, streamlining client onboarding, due diligence, contract preparation, exchange, and settlement—all within triConvey.

Previously, managing these steps required navigating multiple solutions separately. With One flow, everything is unified in a seamless workflow, reducing complexity and saving time.

How One flow Works

Accessing One flow: You’ll find One flow within the ‘triSearch’ tab inside your matter in triConvey (Version 9.5+ required).

• Client Onboarding: Order a VOI and provide clients with an easy-to-use portal.
• Property Due Diligence: Quickly select and order the required Searches & Certificates.
• Contract Preparation: Compile and customise contracts, including special conditions and Sales Advice.
• Contract Exchange: Finalise contracts effortlessly with just a few clicks.
• Settlement: With automation guiding the process, your settlement is set up with full transparency.

Get Started

One flow is rolling out from March 31 for NSW Purchase & Sale Matters.  Update to Version 9.5 or higher to start using it.
