• Deleted Application for Replacement Certificate of Title in NSW Forms/LRS Forms as it is no longer available on LRS website.

  • Transfer 
  • Transfer by a Local Council
  •  Transfer Without Monetary Consideration 
    
    These forms were originally provided in a separate subfolder at the request of some clients who preferred the form to reflect the exact format in NSW LRS website rather than being automated. Now that lodging LRS documents via PEXA is more common, we have decided to discontinue providing these forms. If you require them, you can upload your own copies to the precedent library. Automated versions of the forms remain available in the LRS folder.
