The Matter - Full List with Billing report in Firm Insights has been updated to include a new Written Off field. You can find this field under the Included Columns filter.
The Matter - Full List and Conveyancing - Settlements reports now contain the following new fields and filters. You can find these fields under the Included Columns filter:

From 1st October 2026, PEXA is introducing a new pricing model that varies by role and jurisdiction.
The PEXA fee for electronic lodgment of a Transfer is displayed in the Settlement Financials layout of our Conveyancing matters. As a Transfer involves more than one PEXA user:
The purchaser/transferee will incur the Primary Participant Fee.
The vendor/transferor will incur the Additional Participant Fee.
To reflect this difference, we have updated the jurisdiction-specific PEXA fees as follows:
Purchase matters (VIC, QLD, SA): the Primary Participant Fee will be returned.
Sale matters (VIC, QLD, SA): the Additional Participant Fee will be returned.
Transfer matters (VIC, QLD): If acting for Transferee, the Primary Participant Fee will be returned. If acting for Transferor, the Additional Participant Fee will be returned.
