We have released the following updates to legal content:
New South Wales
The NSW Law Society has released the 2026 Edition of the Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land and discontinued sales of the 2022 Edition on 13 March 2026.
In line with this update:
The "Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land 2026 Edition (Pages 1–4)" has been added to our Precedent Library.
The "Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land 2022 Edition (Pages 1–4)" has been deleted from the following locations in our Precedent Library:
Court & Authority Forms > Conveyancing Forms
Shortcut in Conveyancing (NSW) > Sale > Contract folder
Shortcut in Conveyancing (NSW) > Transfer
No changes have been made to the Cooling Off Notice in our Precedent Library as it already aligns with the latest version.
If you still require access to the 2022 Edition, you can access it in Court & Authority Forms/Conveyancing Forms.
