One Flow brings all the moving parts of a conveyancing matter into a single, intuitive workflow. From client onboarding through to settlement, every step is connected and streamlined inside triConvey.
What you can expect
Client Onboarding– Order VOI and onboard clients through a secure, branded portal, with tasks completed directly by the client to keep matters moving.
Seller Disclosure – Prepare disclosure statements in One Flow with key fields auto-filled and certificates ordered in one place.
Property Due Diligence –Access and order searches from a single catalogue, with prompts highlighting potential risks and considerations.
Settlement – Stay on track with a clear, up-to-date view of documents and progress leading into settlement.
Electronic signing – Send documents for signing in a few clicks, with clients completing everything through their secure portal.
As part of this update, the standalone ‘New Search’ button will be removed. Searches will now be accessed and ordered directly within One Flow, keeping everything connected to your matter and reducing the need to switch between screens.
Requirements
To access One flow, make sure your triConvey software is updated to v9.5 or higher.
