Following reforms by the Tasmanian Land Titles Office (LTO), two forms have been removed from the triConvey Precedent Library (Court & Authority Forms > TAS Forms Land Titles Office):
Transfer
Application by Personal Representative to be Registered Proprietor
These forms are now generated through the Tasmanian Online Land Dealings (TOLD) system and are no longer available as downloadable, fillable PDFs. The PDF versions were phased out as part of the transition, which concluded on 16 February 2026, in line with the move to electronic conveyancing.
