Your Messages tab has a new look!

A new look to the Messages tab in the triConvey Desktop and triConvey Companion Site Web App is gradually being rolled out over the next month.

In addition, the following new features are introduced: 

• A search bar has been added to the top of the Messages tab, allowing you to search for key words in conversations, and staff channels.
  
• You can now create Public and Private Staff channels.  Learn more about setting this up.
  
• You can mark messages as unread to keep track of conversations that need to be addressed later.
  
• You can now react to messages with a "Like".
