Intake Forms - October 2026

triConvey Intake has been updated: 

You can now create Field Sets, which are groups of contact fields that you can apply to future Intake Forms. This saves time with dragging and dropping each contact field into the form separately. 

Select Add contact details on an empty section or drag the Contact details component in to access them.

We have created some preset contact field sets to get you started - select +Add to add them to the form.

Edit an existing Field Set by selecting the Ellipsis icon next to +Add. In the editor, you can add, reorder and delete fields from the Field Set.

If you wish to reuse this configuration in a future form, select Save for future use and give it a name.

The following refinements have also been released for triConvey Intake: 

• The Status filter on the Matter Intake tab now shows the following statuses: Unshared, Prefilled for client, Shared, Completed, Closed and Draft.
  
  
• The Activity Status on the Pending Forms tab now shows the following statuses: Unshared, Prefilled for client and Shared.
  
  
• Fixed intake forms getting permanently stuck on "Generating questions" when a regeneration with feedback failed.
  
  
• Fixed AI form generation mapping more than one question to the same field.
  
  
• Fixed AI-generated forms not tagging every field as Added, and a brief Edited status appearing when you clicked a field.
  
  
• Deleting a field, group or section now brings up the unpublished changes prompt straight away. Before, it only appeared after you next edited a field.
  
  
• Setup name fields on the Share tab now brings up the unpublished changes prompt.
  
  
• Changing the redirect URL in the form builder now brings up the unpublished changes prompt.
  
  
• The Share form preview no longer shows an autofill component that has been turned on but not yet published.
  
  
• Fixed being unable to change a mapped field from Person to a Company contact person.
  
  
• Fixed bold, italic and underline formatting not showing in the client message on the New Lead screen when a form is shared through Client Portal.
  
  
• Fixed the Download form link custom field breaking on forms with extra languages turned on.
   
• The Smokeball Payment component in the form summary now follows the firm's branding style.
