Locate the triConvey version on the Desktop App
1. Select the gear icon from the top-right corner of the triConvey Desktop App.
2. The triConvey version will appear at the bottom of triConvey Settings.
Locate the version on the Companion Site web app
1. Hover over the triConvey logo at the top-left corner and the version will be displayed.
Updating triConvey to the newest version
If your triConvey software is due for an update, you will receive notifications that prompt you to update. To learn more, refer to Updating triConvey.
