For the most efficient and seamless experience of the triConvey software, we recommend that updates are made frequently and when available.

triConvey Desktop App
When a new version of triConvey is available, you will be prompted to download it in the following areas:

Before clicking Update Now, ensure to close down all Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
When accessing triConvey Settings, you can view the current and latest version details at the bottom of the window. This will show whether there is a discrepancy.
triConvey Companion Site Web App
When a new version of the triConvey Companion Site Web App is available, a prompt to Refresh the page will appear in the top-right corner. Select Refresh browser to update.
How to update triConvey without the prompt
If an update is available, but you are not prompted to update the triConvey Desktop App, we recommend downloading the latest version of triConvey from our website and running the program on your computer. The installation file also acts as an updater, and will detect and update triConvey to the latest version.
