In order for triConvey to load your firm's data quickly on demand, it caches that information on your computer. Over time, your triConvey program may take up increasing amounts of room on your computer's hard drive due to all the data being cached. If you have limited hard drive space, this may cause issues with storing documents and programs outside of triConvey.


We recommend logging out of triConvey. Logging out deletes cached data and will noticeably reduce your triConvey file size.



To log out and log back into triConvey:


1.    Close down all Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook etc).


2.    Click on your name from the top-right corner of the triConvey Desktop App.


3.    Select Log out.


4.    Confirm that you wish to log out from triConvey.


5.    Once you're successfully logged out, enter your triConvey credentials to log back in again.
