Close a lead

Created a lead that hasn't been converted to a matter? Learn how you can close a lead in triConvey.

Close a Lead

1.    Open the lead and double-click Info.

2.    In the Lead tab, choose Closed from the Status drop-down menu.

Tip:  It is optional to enter a reason for closing the Lead.

3.    Select OK.

4.    It is also possible to close a lead by selecting the Open button in the lead header and choosing Closed from the drop-down menu. 

Delete a lead

1.    Select File from the top-left corner of the lead.

2.    Select Delete.

Tip:  When a lead is deleted, it is not permanently deleted from triConvey.

View deleted leads

1.    Select Matters from the triConvey Home Dashboard.

2.    Ensure Leads has been selected from the left panel.

3.    Select the filter on the top-right corner of the Matter View.

4.    Choose Deleted from the Status drop-down menu.
