If your business has multiple locations or divisions, adding branches to a Firm/Business/Organisation contact will help you manage those different branches.





1.    From the Action Bar of the triConvey Home Dashboard, select New Contact.


2.    Click Firm/Business/Organisation.


3.    Enter the businesses details and then click Advanced view.


4.    From the Organisation Details tab, enter the Branch.


5.    Select Save.


When searching for the contact, you will now see the branch reflected in the contact list.


Although it makes reference to the branch in the contact list, it will not reflect this when creating letters and precedents.
