Firm Insights are only available for Firm Owners.


Learn how to use Firm Insights to assess your firm's performance and identify areas of improvement.  






Select the Firm Insights tab at the top of the triConvey Desktop App.


There are four sections within Firm Insights that offer the following reports:


SectionReports you can generate
Dashboards

A suite of pre-made dashboards:

  • New Business Insights
  • Conveyancing/Settlement Insights
  • triConvey Activity Insights
  • New Matter Insights
  • Lead Insights
  • Hourly Billing Performance
Matter

Customisable reports on:

  • Matters with activity performed in them
  • Matters Opened
  • Matters Closed
  • Matters with a Settlement Date


Filtered by Matter Type, Person Responsible or Billing Type

Matter Type

Similar report to the Matter section, but matters are consolidated into their respective Matter Types

Fee EarnerActivities and fees recorded during a specified time period
