triConvey's Activity Intelligence helps keep track of everything you are doing in triConvey. Time Finder allows you to easily apply these Activities as Time Entries on a Matter for the purposes of invoicing.

Getting Started
Time Finder will not be available if you have AutoTime enabled.
Accessing the Time Finder in a matter
1. Open a matter from the triConvey Desktop App.
2. Select Time Finder from the Matter Action Bar.

1. From the triConvey Home Dashboard, select Time Finder from the Action Bar.
Using the Time Finder
Filtering by Date and Staff member
From the Time Finder window, you can change your date filter to find activities in triConvey across a particular time range. You can also click on the date to quickly navigate to a specific date.
To view activities completed by a different staff member, click on your name next to the Date and choose another staff member from the drop-down menu.
Approving, rejecting and editing Activities
If triConvey can find relevant activity entries on a specific date, they will be listed on the Time Finder.
Select the green tick to add the activity as a time entry on the relevant matter. It will then appear on the Time & Disbursements tab, ready to be added to an invoice.
Select the red cross to reject the activity and remove it from the Time Finder.
Select the yellow ellipsis to open the activity entry, where you can view it and amend if needed. The entry will remain in the Time Finder until you tick or cross it off.
