Access Matter Configuration
1. Select the gear icon from the top-right corner of the triConvey Desktop App.
2. Select Matter Configuration from the left menu.
3. Select Add New to add a new matter type to configure, or right-click any existing matter types on the Matter Configuration list to edit them.
Customise the Re: line
triConvey is set up with default re: lines. You can change what is automatically entered into the Re Line field of a matter here.

Create default document folders
Use this setting to create a folder structure that will apply to all matters in this matter type.

Assign matter stages
Any matter stages you have created under this matter type will appear in the Matter Configuration, allowing you to set them as default for new matters.
