Getting Started
Ensure that all details have been entered into Settlement Financials of your Matter before generating the VIC Sale Statement of Account. Learn more about completing Settlement Financials.
Generate VIC Sale Statement of Account
1. Select Precedent from the Matter Action Bar.
2. Select Conveyancing Sale category and then select the Settlement folder.
3. Double-click Statement of Account to open the precedent in Word.
Where the data comes from

10. | Deposit held by agent | Conveyancing Details > Deposit Paid Amount when Vendor's Agent is selected as Deposit Holder |
11. | Total Commission and fees | Agent Details |
12. | Amount payable to client | Deposit paid amount in (10) minus Agents fees in (11) |
Handy Hints
- If the deposit does not display, ensure it has been selected as paid in Conveyancing Details.
- For details of balance of deposit to the Vendor to calculate correctly, ensure the deposit is marked as Paid, the Deposit Holder is the Vendor's Agent and Agent Details have been completed with Commission & Fees.
