Create a NSW Purchase of Land matter

1.    Select New Matter from the triConvey Home Dashboard.

2.    Select State:  NSW.

3.    Select Matter Category:  Conveyancing.

4.    Select Matter Type:  Purchase.


5.    Either:

6.    Select Create.




Complete Matter Details

1.    Double-click Info and complete required details.  

Tip:  Not all details need to be entered immediately.  However, it is best practice to enter as much information as possible to save yourself time when generating documents.  


2.    Double-click Purchaser and complete required contact details.  

Tip:  To add an additional Purchaser, right click on Purchaser and select Add Purchaser.



3.    Complete contact details for Vendor, Vendor Solicitor and Vendor's Agent if available.


4.    Double-click Property Details to enter the Address, Property Details, Title Particulars and (if relevant) Pre-Subdivision Title Particulars or Unregistered Lot Details.


5.    Select the Transfer & Contract Details tab to enter the Transfer and Tenancy Details, Improvements, Inclusions and Exclusions.


6.    Double-click Conveyancing Details and enter the Price, Deposit Breakdown and Key Date Details and, if relevant, Sunset Date Details.


7.    Select the Stamp Duty & Registration Details tab to review the stamp duty information. 


Stamp Duty will prepopulate based on the purchase price entered on the Contract and Settlement Details page. Use this tab to add any concessions or exemptions and Transfer Registration Fees (if applicable).


8.    To add uncommon contacts to your matter, select the gear icon from the top right corner of the Matter.


9.    From Show/hide details for this matter, select the additional contact/s to be displayed in Matter Details.

Tip:  You can add details such as Vendors Agent as well as the Agent's commission and fees under Agent's Details, Incoming Mortgagee, Settlement Agent, Council and Water Authority.
