Getting Started

Ordering Property enquiries and Certificates has been made easier by unifying all the individual solutions used in your Property Matters into a simple and intuitive interface.  Learn more about our new intuitive interface.


For best results, ensure that the matter has been allocated a Matter Number and the Property Details have been entered.




Accessing Property Enquiries

1.    Select the triSearch tab from the Matter.


2.    Click All services.


3.    Select NSW Property Enquiries. 

Tip:  If Property Details have been entered at matter creation, you will only need to review the details and click Next.  If Property Details have not been entered, enter the title reference and click Verify.  Once verified, click Next to proceed.





Order Searches and Certificates

1.    Tick the boxes of the required certificates and searches.

Tip:  Certificates are categorised by respective authorities.



2.    Click Next once all required certificates are selected.


3.    Review order.


4.    Select Place Order.

Tip:  Certificates can be added or removed from the order by clicking Edit certificate selection.


5.    Returned searches can be found under TriSearch in the Matter.


6.    Status of ordered searches can be found from the Searches and certificates milestone.




Fee Summary

1.    Access a detailed Fee Summary by clicking the triSearch tab.


2.    Select Fee Summary from the left panel.

 

3.    A Fee Summary can also be exported by clicking Export fee summary.

Tip:  You can export as a CSV or PDF file or just print it.

 
 


Frequently Asked Questions

What does bundling an order do?
Bundles are a quicker way to complete your enquiries. You can create a Bundle for the respective authority and next time you go to place an order for that authority, your created bundle of searches can be ordered with a single click instead of reselecting the searches individually.
When are search costs charged to the Matter?
Search costs will be charged to your Matter upon Placing order.
Why is my search not saving to my matter?
Searches are only saved to the Matter if the Integrations setting has been enabled. To enable this setting click the settings gear icon from the triConvey Home Dashboard, select Integrations and then triSearch. Tick the checkbox next to Automatically save completed orders to your matter.
Why is the disbursement for the search not showing up in the Matter?
Disbursements are automatically created for each order if the Integrations setting has been enabled. To enable this setting click the settings gear icon from the triConvey Home Dashboard, select Integrations and then triSearch. Tick the checkbox next to Automatically create a disbursement for each order.
