Getting Started

For maximum efficiency, ensure that the property details are completed in the Matter prior to Launching triSearch.



Launching triSearch

1.    Select the triSearch tab from the Matter. 


2.    Select New Search from the Matter Action Bar.

Tip:  This will automatically launch the triSearch platform and default to your Matter State.





Ordering Property Enquiries

1.    Select Property Enquiries &eCOS


2.    Click New Order from the drop-down list.


3.    Review property details and click Continue.




Select Certificates

1.    Tick the boxes for certificates and documents you want to order. 

Tip:  Certificates are categorised by respective authorities.



2.    Click Next once all required certificates are selected. 


3.    Review order. 


4.    Select Place Order

Tip:  Certificates can be added or removed from the order by clicking Edit certificate selection.


5.    Completed searches can be found under TriSearch in the Matter.




Fee Summary

1.    All disbursements are displayed in the triSearch tab of the Matter.


2.    Access a detailed Fee Summary by clicking the triSearch tab and then selecting Fee Summary from the Matter Action Bar.

Tip:  This will launch the triSearch platform.





Frequently Asked Questions

What does bundling an order do?
Bundles are a quicker way to complete your enquiries. You can create a Bundle for the respective authority and next time you go to place an order for that authority, your created bundle of searches can be ordered with a single click instead of reselecting the searches individually.
