Getting Started
Once the trust reconciliation is cancelled, there will be no record of it in triConvey.
Step 1: Determine if cancelling a reconciliation is needed
We need to understand why you're cancelling the trust reconciliation. If you need help, submit a training request so our Trainers can assist you in working out the best solution.
Step 2: Download a copy of the reconciliation
To proceed with the cancellation, we will require a copy of the reconciliation/s you wish to cancel. This helps us verify the information and ensures that the cancellation process is accurate.
1. Select Accounts from the left panel in the triConvey Companion Site web app.
2. Select Bank Reconciliation.
Tip: If you have multiple trust accounts, select the trust account from the list first.
3. Click on the reconciliation you wish to cancel and select the download icon from the PDF preview.
Step 3: Contact Support
Once you have the reconciliation, contact your Account Manager to initiate the cancellation process. Please provide us with details about your request, including the reason for cancellation and a copy of the reconciliation/s.
Our team will handle the rest, ensuring all necessary checks are performed before proceeding. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you once the cancellation is complete.
If you need any help throughout the process, please don't hesitate to contact either your Account Manager or our Support Team.
