If you have ordered property searches and enquiries, and are awaiting receipt, they can be chased from the triSearch platform.

Getting started

Before a property search can be chased, the Expected delivery date must first have expired.  These delivery dates are provided to us by the relevant councils and authorities and we are unable to make enquiries on your behalf until the Expected delivery date has expired.

Identify if Expected delivery date has expired

1.    Open the matter from the triConvey Desktop App and click the TRISEARCH tab.

2.    Select New Search.

Tip:  This will launch triSearch in a web browser.

3.    Click the orange support icon from the bottom right corner of triSearch.

4.    Select the Chase tab.

Tip:  Ordered searches will be listed and display their Expected delivery date.

5.    Select Show on full page for a detailed summary of ordered searches.

6.    Review the Status of your search and its Expected delivery date.

7.    If the Expected delivery date has not yet expired, then you are unable to chase the search.

Chase an overdue search

If the Expected delivery date has expired, and you have not yet received the search:

1.    Open the matter from the triConvey Desktop App and click the TRISEARCH tab.

2.    Select New Search.

Tip:  This will launch triSearch in a web browser.

3.    Click the orange support icon from the bottom right corner of triSearch.

4.    Select the Chase tab.

5.    Click Chase next to the search to be chased.

Tip: If you need to chase more than one search, click Show on full page and chase via the matter summary.

6.    Review and complete Name and description.

7.    Select how best we can contact you, either iSupport, Phone or Email.

8.    Depending on your selection above, enter your phone number or email address.

9.    Select Chase certificate.
