Soon, all triConvey users will be required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to access their accounts. After May 1st 2025, users who haven’t activated 2FA will not be able to log in and will be prompted to set it up before gaining access.
Why does it matter?
Securing your data is our top priority. Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of protection, ensuring that even if your password is compromised, your account remains safe. This significantly reduces the risk of data breaches, protecting sensitive client information and maintaining the integrity of your practice.
What are the benefits for you?
Enhanced security: 2FA provides an additional layer of defence against unauthorised access, keeping your sensitive client and firm data secure.
Peace of mind: With 2FA in place, you can trust that your account is protected, even if your password is exposed to a breach elsewhere.
Fewer security risks: By taking this proactive step, you reduce the chances of costly data breaches and ensure your practice stays compliant with the best security practices.
This update applies to all triConvey users, across all plans.
For security purposes, we advise that every user has their own individual login. If you are using a shared login, you will need to set up a single device for authentication.
