Version 9.7 of the triConvey Desktop App contains the following new features and refinements.   This version is currently undergoing beta testing.



New features 

  • Death Date Range for Contact Cards 

You can now specify a death date range for deceased contacts, for situations where the exact date of death is unknown.


  • Client Portal Branding 

You can now customise the colour scheme of your firm's Client Portal, providing a consistent and trustworthy experience for your clients.


At this point in time, you can designate a brand colour and formatting on the Client Portal header, and/or upload a different logo if necessary. The logo uploaded here will not affect the main logo on your triConvey account.


Client Portal branding settings can be accessed from triConvey Settings gear icon in the triConvey Desktop App, or 


Firm Settings in the triConvey Companion Site Web App. For more information, refer to our article.




Refinements

  • Improved AutoTime idle tracking

triConvey will now detect when your computer goes into sleep mode and is woken up, in an effort to accurately track activities. 




Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Excel spreadsheets were showing incorrect date modified dates.

  • Fixed an issue where converting to PDF while publishing online was failing.

  • Fixed an issue when saving appointments created by a user in a different timezone was updated by the time difference.

  • Fixed an issue where critical dates were not deleted when a linked event was deleted from the calendar.
