Version 9.8 of triConvey includes several exciting new features and refinements.  Version 9.8 is currently undergoing beta testing.

New Features

Client Portal tooltips

We have added user interface icons and tooltips throughout the triConvey Companion Site Web App that allow you to learn more about Client Portal features.

Refinements

Changes to automatic assignment of Person Responsible on leads and matters

We have updated the way triConvey assigns the Person Responsible for new leads and matters.

  • If your firm has only one staff member, that person will automatically be set as Person Responsible.

  • If your firm has multiple staff members, Person Responsible will be left blank by default, to be assigned manually.

Renaming Letter/Fax to Letter

In the Matter Action Bar, the New Document > Letter/Fax option has been renamed to New Document > Letter.

Right-click to convert automation fields to plain text

You can now right-click an automation field in a letter or precedent and select Convert field to text, which will turn the contents in that automation field into plain text.

Zapier integration improvements

We have introduced several improvements to our integration with Zapier, including:

  • New workflow automation actions

  • Stability refinements

Improvements to inviting new staff members

We have added a message that informs users who click on an expired link to join triConvey that the link has expired. The message provides the user with a instructions and a link to contact their administrator.
