Matter-level permission restrictions for firm owners
Firm owner users can now restrict other firm owners from accessing specific matters.
In addition, matters and leads assigned to a firm owner who has been marked as former staff can be reassigned in bulk.
Restricting firm owner access supports conflict-of-interest protocols and compliance requirements, while bulk reassignment ensures uninterrupted access to matters when a firm owner leaves the firm.
Save attachments from email replies to the matter or lead
Replies to emails assigned to a matter will now support saving any attachments included in those replies, reducing the risk of missing important documents in email threads.
To control which types of attachments are saved to a matter, go to the Outlook and Notifications section in triConvey Settings. Under Email Sync settings, you can choose whether triConvey saves file attachments from reply emails, inline images (such as embedded logos and signature images), or both.
Refinements
Date validation
To prevent formatting issues and assist with accurate data entry, all dates in matters and leads must now be entered in the DD/MM/YYYY format in order to save. This applies to both new dates and any existing dates that are edited.
