Custom letterheads/document containers for Branch Offices
You can now create a custom letterhead or document container for each branch office under your firm.
Document containers customised for branch offices enable each branch office to apply its own letterhead, logo and formatting. To create a new document container for a branch office:
To change a branch for an existing customised document container, right-click on the container and select Properties. Then select the relevant branches and Save.

You can now create a custom letterhead or document container for each branch office under your firm.
Document containers customised for branch offices enable each branch office to apply its own letterhead, logo and formatting. To create a new document container for a branch office:
1. Set up your branch office/s in Firm Details.
2. Navigate to the Document Containers tab in triConvey Settings.
3. Right-click on a document container and select Customise for Branch Offices...
4. Select the branches you wish to apply this container to, under the Branch offices drop-down menu.
5. Select whether you would like to use a Blank document, Duplicate existing or Browse your computer to select a document to upload.
6. Select Create.
7. The new container will now open in Microsoft Word. Make your changes and select Save & Close once done. Learn more about creating your document container.
To change a branch for an existing customised document container, right-click on the container and select Properties. Then select the relevant branches and Save.
How branch office document containers work in a matter
When generating a document, triConvey checks if the matter has an office location assigned to it. If a branch is assigned, the branch container will be used, if one exists.
If there isn't a branch container or no branch is assigned to the matter at all, the original firm default container will be used.
