Improvements to support AML checks for Company and Trust client types
Requesting Trust Deed You can now request the Trust Deed from one of the Trustees through the platform. Trust Deeds can also be manually uploaded into the AML page when available.
Visualisation tool To review shareholder structure & UBO. This is available when ASIC or UBO document is ordered or manually uploaded.
Import from existing ASIC & UBO You can now import data from an existing ASIC or UBO search done via triSearch. This eliminates the need to re-order. Once imported, the ASIC is marked as complete.
Import parties from ASIC & UBO Import feature provides a list of parties automatically extracted from files, allowing you to add these with one click.
