Onboarding complex ownership structures just got easier
AML Onboarding & VOI now lets you add individuals and entities within an existing workflow, so you can capture each layer of a client's structure and work your way through to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO).
For example, when onboarding a trust, you can now:
add relevant trustees, appointors and other parties directly within the workflow;
add an entity as a related party, then capture the individuals or entities behind it;
continue through multiple layers of ownership or control; and
identify and onboard the relevant individuals and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO).
Everything stays connected within the one onboarding journey, making complex client structures easier to capture, understand and manage.
Client Authorisation Form
The Client Authorisation Form now supports multiple signatories for a Company in an AML order.
